Refund Policy

1. Returns
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd and must be within 7 days of invoice. Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd does not accept returns for change of mind. Any items returned to Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd must be in an unused condition and may only be exchanged at the option of Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd for the same goods or goods of equivalent value. We do not refund postage costs and the return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense. A restocking fee of 20% is applicable to all returns.

2.Refunds

Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method, which includes the same card or digital platform (such as mobile or watch payment, e-wallet etc.) used for the initial purchase. However, if the original payment method cannot be verified due to a different digital platform being presented at the time of the refund or a card was replaced, the payment method of the refund will be at Target’s discretion.

To facilitate a refund, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.

When returning a product, with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If you do not have adequate proof of purchase, and the product does not meet consumer guarantees, you will be asked to provide photo identification containing your full name, signature and expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified. The identification information you provide may be accessed by authorised Target team members and authorised third parties for the purpose of fraud investigations and fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time and may be used for the purposes of research and analysis and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request, where required or authorised by law.

3. Limitation of liability
Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd does not make any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of this Web Site, and/or the content of this Web Site. Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any damages or loss arising from the use of this Web Site or any content of this Web Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever.

4. Product Warranties
Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd warrants its products for a period of 12 months from date of purchase from Australian Golf Supplies Pty Ltd. Only products sold by Australian Golf Supplies Pty to the original purchaser will be covered by such warranties for this period. After this period, any claim must be made through the reseller under their ACL warranty obligation.
